The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on the welovebritsh.co.uk website.
Privacy We request personal information from you to enable us to contact you regarding your order and to process delivery and payment. Our data collection and storage is governed by the Data Protection Act. Our mailing list and email list are solely for our use and we will not pass your personal details on to other companies.
Pricing All product prices are in Pound Sterling and are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. Items with a previous price refer to prices the we have previously sold the same product at.
Availability All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be offered an alternative or given a refund.
Authenticity We guarantee that all advertised products are 100% genuine.
Images Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Due to differences in monitors, colours of products may also appear different to those shown on the site. All images are owned by us or being used with the permission of the owner.
Order Payment Payment online can be made using those methods supported by PayPal. Payment will be debited from your account before despatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. However, in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from welovebritish.co.uk.

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please do so within 30 minutes of placing the order by contacting us by phone or via email. All payments will be refunded in full using the payment method you chose to make the payment.
If you wish to return items, you must contact us by email or phone to confirm which items are being returned. They must be returned unopened, unused and in a resalable condition, using the original or similar packaging they were dispatched in from welovebritish.co.uk. There will be no refund on the cost of returning the goods (unless the item is faulty). Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address in Contact Us, along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 4 working days of receipt of the returned goods.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Order Confirmation You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with welovebritish.co.uk. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Sale & Clearance Stock Any products that are reduced will be at a percentage reduction from the original selling price or for a special one-off promotional price. Any reduced price will be advertised on the main product description, as well as the original selling price. These offers may be for a limited time only or until such a time that stock has run out.
Promotional Offers, Discounts & Codes Any promotional offers and codes are for a limited time only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or sale offer. "10% off 3 or more Products" applies to non-sale items purchased in the same transaction.

All orders are subject to these Terms and Conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.
