For swift delivery we endeavour to despatch on the same day your order is placed (if placed prior to 1pm). Orders over £45 will qualify for free Standard Delivery. For those last minute gifts or must-have items, Express or Guaranteed next working day delivery options are available, please see below.
Standard Deliveries Delivered to your specified delivery address via Royal Mail within 5 working days. To keep your costs down we offer a scaled charge depending on your total order weight. The majority of our products fall into the £2.95 charge, the amount will be automatically calculated at checkout stage. Deliveries usually 3 working days, however please allow upto 5 working days after order placed. Some exclusions apply, please see individual item descriptions.
Next Working Day Delivery £7.95 for orders placed before 2pm, delivered next working day (signature required).
Free Delivery on orders £45 and over Standard delivery method applies as detailed above. For faster delivery, please choose Express or Next Day option at checkout, though normal charges will apply,
NOTE: Where a special promotion of Free P&P applies, delivery method used is our Standard delivery, please allow upto 5 working days after order placed.
BFPO addresses Please contact us prior to order for postage costs. Charges dependant on weight and destination. Orders and payment can be taken over the phone.
We keep all our items in stock, however popular items sell fast. In the unlikely event that your ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you to organise a refund or to process an alternative product.
Returns
If you are unhappy with the goods you have ordered, please contact us within 10 days after receipt to organise a return. We can process an exchange or refund. All items must be unused and in a resalable condition with any specific product packaging fully undamaged. Please use appropriate packaging to ensure safety of returned product. For your own security, we suggest you obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office as we cannot accept any liability for items lost or damaged in the post. For returned items unfortunately we cannot refund delivery charges. In the case of faulty goods and not as ordered goods being received, we will offer a replacement or reimburse you for the cost of the product and delivery. Replacements and refunds will be processed within 4 working days after the returned item has been received by us.
